If you need to provide a large amount of cooling to a TO-220 semiconductor device you need this heavy duty giant heatsink. Size is 3.5" Tall x 1.38" Wide x 1" Thick. It has fins on each side and has hole for any standard TO-220 device plus 2 sturdy mounting pins. Weighs 59 grams!
