Dallas non volatile SRAM 8Mbit parallel 100ns memory. Supplied in a 3 pin EDIP (thru-hole). These are new and contain an internal lithium power backup, however since they were made years ago we don't know if the power source is still viable (sold "as is" at a small fraction of their original price). These retail up to $80 and higher.
